Do you offer on-site service/support?
In a word -- YES! We know your time is valuable. Let us come to you and most the time we can resolve the problem fairly quickly. If not, we will gladly take your system with us and return to you at no extra charge.

What is your service area?
Our coverage area is just about anywhere. We have, on occasion, traveled to Seattle, Idaho, Oregon and even as fas as Philadelphia. Our main customer base is within Spokane County and it's outlining areas.

Do you make residential calls?
We sure do.  In fact, more and more of our customers are consumers just like you.  We treat all our customers the same.  You can expect the same great service we provide businesses.

Is your email support feature secure?
Yes, we go through great lengths to make sure your information is secure. All requests that require credit card information are made over a secure server. We use PayPal as our merchant provider. This protects you and us from fraud and credit card misuse.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged immediately upon submission of the credit card information. However, is we are not able to answer your question, your money will be refunded immediately. We are not happy unless you are happy. That is a promise.
