- We are not happy until you are happy. We guarantee you will walk away with a smile on your face.
- If you are not 100% delighted with any work that we carry out, please talk to us. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem with you.
- Onsite repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 30 days.
- Parts used for onsite repairs are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. Generally this lasts for 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts that you purchase.
- Washington residents will be charged state sales tax where applicable.
- Delivery charges and/or travel charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
